Refund policy

14-day withdrawal period

You have the right to cancel or return your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason. If your order contains multiple items, the period starts once you have received the last item.

How to cancel or return

The easiest way is to arrange it yourself: click "Cancel or return your order" at the bottom of our website, log in with your email address, and select your order. You will immediately receive a confirmation by email. You can also email us at help@yupastudio.com with your order number. Never send anything back without registering a return first.

Conditions

You may inspect and assess the product as you would in a store. Please return it in the original packaging where possible. If a product has decreased in value due to use, we may deduct that decrease from your refund. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Digital products

Digital products, such as crochet patterns (PDF), e-books, and online courses, are delivered immediately after your purchase. At checkout, you consent to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal. Digital products therefore cannot be returned or refunded after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return or cancellation has been approved, we will refund you within 14 days via your original payment method. For returns, we may withhold the refund until we have received the package back or you have provided proof of shipment. Please note that your bank may need a few days to process the amount.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged or you received the wrong item, email us right away at help@yupastudio.com and we will sort it out for you.
