Physical orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way.

Digital products arrive in your inbox within 15 minutes of payment. Nothing received?

• Check that your email address is spelled correctly
• Take a look in your spam folder

Cancellations and returns

You have a 14-day cooling-off period: up to 14 days after receiving your order, you may cancel or return it without giving any reason.

The easiest way is to arrange it yourself via the Cancel or return your order button at the bottom of the site. Log in with your email address and select your order. If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it; if it has already been delivered, you can register your return there. You'll immediately receive a confirmation by email.

Good to know:

• You may inspect and assess the product as you would in a store. If it has decreased in value due to use, we may deduct that decrease from your refund.
• Return the product in its original packaging where possible. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
• Digital products, such as patterns, e-books, and online courses, are delivered immediately and cannot be returned afterwards.
• Once your return is approved, we'll refund you within 14 days via your original payment method.
