Physical orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way.

Digital products arrive in your inbox within 15 minutes of payment. Nothing received?

Returns

Received the wrong items, or another reason you'd like to send back a physical order?

Email us at help@yupastudio.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll find a solution together.

You can return physical products within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

If a product has already been unpacked, we unfortunately can't take it back.
