About Yupa Studio

Almost four years ago I started Yupa Studio. Since day 1 my goal has been to connect and inspire new generations through creativity and crochet.

And it's working!! Yupa Studio has grown into an amazing community of (young) crocheters, with a shop full of patterns and kits - and since 2025 we also organise craft events.

I'm so excited for this CAL and I already can't wait to see all your beautiful creations.

FAQ

A CAL, short for Crochet Along, is a popular community crochet project where you make the same project together with others at the same time.

With this CAL you'll receive a new part of the pattern every 10 days. It's a fun way to crochet together, learn new techniques and make a wonderfully cosy bodywarmer.

When you buy the crochet kit, you'll get all the yarn you need, the pattern and access to the Discord channel.

The pre-sale starts on 19 November. The CAL itself starts on 26 December and runs until 1 February. You'll receive a new part every 10 days.

Joining later is no problem - you'll receive everything that's already been released all at once.

Yes! The CAL is designed for both beginner and experienced crocheters. With clear instructions in text, photos and video, and support in the Discord channel, you can absolutely join even without a lot of experience.

That said, I do recommend having the basic stitches down. Never crocheted before or only just started? It's better to start with a smaller project first.

Absolutely! You'll be able to choose between just the CAL access + pattern, or the kit with the same quality yarn we used.

Yes! Once the pre-sale is live, you can simply order your favourite colour.

After we start, you'll receive the new pattern every 10 days by email, so you can work on your bodywarmer at your own pace.

No worries! There's a dedicated Discord channel where you can share experiences with other participants, ask questions, get tips and find inspiration.
